The half inch master tape is loaded into the Bin Loop master player and spliced end to end in a "loop".
The master is played at high speed while the slaves record onto multiple reels.
The recorded tape "pancakes"are threaded onto the loaders.
Multiple loaders are used to spool tape into cassette shells. Individual programs are separated by a cue tone which signals the loader when to stop and splice the tape to the leader in the shell.
Cassettes are printed on this off-set ink machine.
Cassettes, J cards and Norelco boxes come together with this packaging machine. Then off to shrink wrap and package for shipping.
